the SHOT - Power Skating & Stamina

 

  • Focus is on improving individual skating stride and anaerobic conditioning (hockey stamina)
  • Emphasis on proper skating technique focusing on stride extension and recovery
  • Edge control, weight transfer, pivoting, and footwork technique to make your game more efficient
  • The natural resistance of the synthetic ice will increase stamina, endurance and core strength and guarantee more power when you hit the real ice
  • Drills designed to increase foot speed in players of all ages and skill levels
  • Shooting, passing, and puck handling will be encorporated into skating drills
  • 1 hour sessions
  • All sessions located at the SHOT synthetic ice surface

Cost:  $100 per hour (based on 3-5 players per session)

Get 3 or 4 of your friends together and schedule a weekly day and time.  For example, every Wednesday from 4-5pm for 4 or 5 weeks.  Schedule in advance but *customized to your own schedule.
